2019 年1 月30 日に公表された通達により、2018 年度の個人所得税の確定申告における申告書 の新フォーマットの使用が可能になりました（Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 19-2019）。 ただし、現状公開されているのがマニュアルファイリングのみで、eBIRForms はまだ公開されてい ない状態ですので、現在公開されているマニュアルファイリング用のフォームを使用する場合には、 手書きで直接記載を行うか、PDF 編集ソフト等で入力をするしか方法が無い状態です。 確定申告の期日が4 月15 日という事を考えると、eBIRForms が公開されるのを待ってから申告書 への入力を開始する、という選択肢を取る方が良いかも知れません。
