Annual and short period audit

Review engagement
A review involves limited investigation with a narrower scope than an audit, and is undertaken for the purpose of providing limited assurance that the management’s representations are in accordance with identified financial reporting standards. The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has extended the deadline of the 2023 filing of annual financial statements (AFS) to provide sufficient time to external auditors to produce high-quality financial reports.
