Annual and short period audit
At P&A Grant Thornton, we provide annual and short period financial statement audit services that go beyond the normal expectations of our clients. We believe strongly that our best work comes from combining outstanding technical expertise, knowledge and ability with exceptional client-focused service.
Review engagement
A review involves limited investigation with a narrower scope than an audit, and is undertaken for the purpose of providing limited assurance that the management’s representations are in accordance with identified financial reporting standards. Our professionals recognize that in order to conduct a quality financial statement review, it is important to look beyond the accounting entries to the underlying activities and operations that give rise to them.

Joen is a manager of the Tax Advisory & Compliance Practice Area of P&A Grant Thornton. He has been with the Firm since 2018. Joen has gained extensive experience in taxation and regulatory compliance for local and multi-national companies, including assistance in tax audits and assessments. He has offered guidance and advice on tax-related issues through tax studies and opinions.

Joen also had a brief stint in internal audit, risk, and compliance for a Fortune 500 business process outsourcing company. He graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of San Carlos in Cebu City, Philippines.
