Leonard is the Director and Chief Information Officer of P&A Grant Thornton’s Technology Solutions Group. He is primarily responsible for being the technology subject matter expert while leading client engagements and managing people within.
A technology, software development, and information technology (IT) security advisor with 20 years of IT industry experience, Leonard helps the Firm grow its business by ensuring that IT projects create value through increased revenue, increased efficiency, and increased compliance.
As Chief Information Officer (CIO), Leonard is responsible for aligning IT projects and objectives to business objectives; formulating, planning, and executing an IT roadmap; managing the Firm's Technology Solutions Group; and processing, implementing, and reviewing IT initiatives.
Concurrently, Leonard is also an IT cyber security consultant for the Advisory Services Division.
Leonard earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Major in Computer Applications, at De La Salle College of Saint Benilde. He also completed the CIO Leadership Development Program and Partner’s Leadership Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management.
