Experience
As a director under the Business Process Solutions Practice Area, Robert is responsible for the overall supervision of an accounting engagement and the effective and efficient delivery of services to the clients. Part of his responsibility is to ensure client satisfaction and to develop and retain high performance staff.
Robert joined P&A Grant Thornton right after graduating college and has since gained solid experience in accounting, auditing and taxation work. He moved to a private company in 2003, where he was able to further hone his accounting and taxation skills. Two years later, he rejoined the Firm to pursue his passion for outsourcing work.
His experience covers varied industries such as consumer products, manufacturing, communication, technology, pharmaceuticals, power generation, utilities and services.

Trainings and Seminars
Robert attended various in-house and external trainings (accounting updates, technical trainings, updates on BIR and other agencies’ rules and regulations). He participated in the Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) in Bangkok, Thailand, conducted by Grant Thornton International Ltd. He also participated as coach in the Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) in Vietnam.
