Annual and short period audit
At P&A Grant Thornton, we provide annual and short period financial statement audit services that go beyond the normal expectations of our clients. Review engagement
A review involves limited investigation with a narrower scope than an audit, and is undertaken for the purpose of providing limited assurance that the management’s representations are in accordance with identified financial reporting standards. Our professionals recognize that in order to conduct a quality financial statement review, it is important to look beyond the accounting entries to the underlying activities and operations that give rise to them.

Sheena is a Director in the Tax Advisory & Compliance Practice Area of P&A Grant Thornton. She is also the Director of Tax Advisory & Compliance’s Quality Team. Sheena has been with P&A since she started her professional career in 2008. Because of this, she has gained extensive experience in both external financial audit and tax compliance audit of local and multinational companies in various industries.

Sheena has also gained a wide-ranging experience in assisting clients with transfer pricing documentation, corporate registrations and dissolutions, Bureau of Internal Revenue rulings, tax studies, tax assessments, outsourced accounting, and payroll.

She has also conducted various mentoring sessions and seminars on taxation and has published tax articles for BusinessWorld, Mindanao Times, and Sunstar. Sheena graduated cum laude with a bachelor's degree in accountancy from Silliman University.
