Annual and short period audit
At P&A Grant Thornton, we provide annual and short period financial statement audit services that go beyond the normal expectations of our clients. We believe strongly that our best work comes from combining outstanding technical expertise, knowledge and ability with exceptional client-focused service.
Review engagement
A review involves limited investigation with a narrower scope than an audit, and is undertaken for the purpose of providing limited assurance that the management’s representations are in accordance with identified financial reporting standards. Our professionals recognize that in order to conduct a quality financial statement review, it is important to look beyond the accounting entries to the underlying activities and operations that give rise to them.

Yusoph is a partner in P&A Grant Thornton’s Audit & Assurance Practice Area.

He is a certified public accountant (CPA), an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ASEAN CPA) and a GRI Certified Sustainability Professional.

Yusoph has been in public accounting his entire professional career and gained extensive experience in the financial audit of various local and multinational companies in a wide range of industries. He also has significant experience in the performance of agreed-upon procedures, due diligence and securities offering engagements, and mergers and acquisitions. He also specializes in performing fund audits of development and grant programs funded by USAID, the European Commission, Australian DFAT, the World Bank, BMZ, SIDA, and other foreign aid donors.

Yusoph is a regular resource speaker on external and in-house accounting and technical training. He is also an active officer that leads various committees in professional organizations such as the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) and the Association of Certified Public Accountants in Public Practice (ACPAPP).

Yusoph is a 2024 PICPA Outstanding Member awardee and the 2020 PICPA Young Achiever in Public Practice awardee. In 2018, Yusoph was also honored with the Emerging Leader Award by Grant Thornton International, a global award that recognizes up-and-coming individuals from the Grant Thornton network who have demonstrated that leadership can come from any part of the business. He was also a member of the engagement teams that won the 2020, 2018, and 2014 Founders’ Award, the highest form of recognition for team excellence at P&A Grant Thornton.

Yusoph earned his bachelor's degree in accountancy, magna cum laude, from Baliuag University while earning his master's in business administration, with distinction, from the Asian Institute of Management. Yusoph was also part of the International Student Exchange Program (MBA), at HEC Paris, France.
