Review engagement
A review involves limited investigation with a narrower scope than an audit, and is undertaken for the purpose of providing limited assurance that the management’s representations are in accordance with identified financial reporting standards. Payroll processing services are provided by P&A Grant Thornton Outsourcing Inc. More and more companies are beginning to realize the benefits of outsourcing their noncore activities, and the first to be outsourced is usually the payroll function. Payroll is easy to carve out from the rest of the business since it is usually independent of the other activities or functions within the Accounting Department.

Twenty five randomly selected One for Luzon volunteers were given free admission tickets to watch The Wizard of Oz at Greenbelt 1, August 18, 2012. Tickets were purchased by PAUSE as the proceeds of the musical will be benefited by the Scholars of Association of CPAs in Commerce and Industry (ACPACI).

Excitement filled the hearts of patients of the pediatric ward number nine (9) of the Philippine General Hospital (PGH) as the mascot of Jollibee entered the room during the Christmas party, December19, 2011. The party aims to give joy to young patients, who by their sickness spend most of their time in the hospital. Also, the activity aims to help them with their basic needs including medicines.
*JPIA adopt a bookshelf
PAUSE donated academic books and CPA review materials to identified state/non-stock non-profit universities through their respective Junior Philippines Institute of Accountants (JPIA) local chapters last September 30, 2011. In addition to the books and other reading materials, PAUSE provided a bookshelf where books will be kept.

Last April, members of P&A For A Cause (PAUSE) joined “Run for a Cause,” a fun run organized by Airspeed International Corporation to raise funds for Gawad Kalinga, Metrokids/New Life Foundation, and World Vision.
