Availability of the Alphalist Data Entry and Validation Module Version 7.4

This Tax Alert is issued to inform taxpayers regarding the availability of the new Alphalist Data Entry and Validation Module (Version 7.4).
Through Revenue Memorandum Circular (RMC) No. 15-2025, the BIR announced the availability of the Alphalist Data Entry and Validation Module Version 7.4. This version includes new alphanumeric tax codes and updated rates for transactions under creditable and final withholding taxes.
In this connection, the deadline of submission of the alphalists for the taxable year 2024 under the following BIR Form Nos. shall be thirty (30) days from the date of posting of the RMC on the BIR website:
Taxpayers who have previously submitted the above-mentioned alphalists using the old version of 7.3 data entry module but with error reply messages from the eSubmission facility of the BIR shall re-submit the said alphalists using the upgraded version of the module. The deadline to re-submit is also within thirty (30) days from the posting of the RMC on the BIR website.
Taxpayers who have their own extract program shall observe the revised file structures and standard naming conventions provided in Annex A and Annex B, respectively, of the RMC.
The new Alphalist Data Entry and Validation Module (Version 7.4) can be downloaded from the website of the BIR at https://www.bir.gov.ph/Downloadables.
The RMC was posted on the BIR website on Tuesday, February 25, 2025.
